SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in the operations and logistics side of the medical device business ultimately supporting the Sales Representatives. The right candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient handling of our shipping, receiving, delivery, and pick up of surgical medical device equipment among hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This role combines logistical expertise requiring a candidate who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, effective inventory management, and diligent tracking of accounts. Beyond driving, tasks related to this position include checking-in surgical instruments, assembling surgical kits, and inspecting surgical instruments while coordinating equipment needs with the Sales Representative. The right candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, professionalism and interest in a future career in Medical Device Sales.

This position requires a flexible schedule as shift start and end times can be variable. Overtime may be required based on needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assist the Loaner Services Team, Sales Representatives, and Product Managers with packing and transporting various medical equipment between healthcare facilities in our geographic territory and our warehouse.
Receiving medical items and understanding instructions from the healthcare facility with signature verification.
Ensuring that medical items are safely and securely stored in the delivery vehicle.
Help in all functions related to the operational side of the business.
Operating a driver software program via an iPad which assists in mapping out a route to the destination, considering traffic and mileage.
Ensuring the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facility.
Accurately counting and taking inventory of medical items to be packed, collected, or delivered.
Professional interactions with healthcare facility personnel and EnduroMed Team members.
Organizing, assembling, and/or packing surgical instruments and kits for surgical cases.
Assisting in inventory management in the warehouse.
Performing additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (essential).
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two years of professional experience working in a hospital setting as a surgical tech, sterile processing, or nursing position.
Capacity to drive up to 8 hours per day
Good knowledge of medical terminology
